For the past six weeks The American Express Great Service Quest has put a spotlight on exceptional service. It’s given the nation the chance to nominate outstanding customer service providers in the community, showcasing those who have mastered the art of customer care. Hundreds of nominations were received. Of these, The American Express Great Service Quest judging panel created a shortlist of 12 in the categories of: dining and hospitality, retail, home services and health & wellbeing. Gerard is one of three finalists who have been nominated in the retail category in this national search.
