*FOR DEADLINE* Local residents will celebrate Shrove Tuesday, more commonly known around the world as International Pancake Day, with a mad pancake dash in the Annual Ladies Pancake Tossing Race held on Tuesday, 12th February 2013.
Ladies must dress in traditional skirts, aprons and headscarves and run 380 metres with a pancake and frypan. Winner receives $300.
Claire is competing. Please get a nice pic of her in ‘action’. Nicole from Pancake Parlour will be there to provide props.
