At the Frontier Hospitality Presentation Night, Monbulk Bowling Club was competing against other Frontier venues for industry excellence awards. (The winners are usually decided by mystery shoppers so our staff were not even aware when they were being judged.)
The two awards we won were:
Excellence in customer service – Bistro (30 – 59 gaming machines category)
Excellence in customer service – Gaming (30 – 59 gaming machines category)
We all know our staff are welcoming, efficient and helpful, and now they’ve been recognised in the wider industry.
Our Manager, Denise Rutzou, is first to say this was a team effort, with each staff member contributing to the overall win. But Denise, and also Kelvin, as the leaders of the staffing team, should certainly take their share of the credit.
