Meet Trent from Frankie’s cafe along the boulevard strip and get a photo of him at the bins at the rear end of coles. Residents are using the bins as a dumping place for their goods which makes it hard for them to dispose of their own waste. Get pics of overflowing waste if there is any or any household items that are visible. Have he and another staff member looking disappointed, arms crossed, ect.
