Casey council make a very high number of decisions in closed council meetings. Rex disapproves. Please grab a photo of him at the council chambers opening the door- grumpy look on his face- arms shrugged etc. As they are doing a door knocking program to reach locals but making a lot of decisions behind closed doors.
