The Pakenham Racing Club is hosting its first ever race meeting under lights. The Minister for Racing Martin Pakula will open the official ceremony at 5.30pm and the racing kicks off at 6pm. We need pics of the official ceremony, crowd shots, and then to stay until we get pics of a race fully effected by the lights. The races begin at 6pm and run every half hour.
